I feel the fall season is being rushed. love the holidays mostly because I love having the time with my family. That’s what I think about when I think about “holidays.” But I’m not ready for them. I LOVE FALL. Love the weather (though it’s getting a wee bit chilly here), love the leaves (which there are a few left on the trees and the color on our lawn is BEAUTIFUL!), and love that the days are still bright and crisp. Enjoy what we have. Don’t rush the season. The holidays will come and be lovely. But don’t skip two months to get there. Jump into HERE and NOW.
On that note, busy day ahead. Lots to do. But the day will end with a playdate with my friend Michelle, so all is very exciting. For those of my friends from Mom’s group that had “our” weekend away, I hope you had a GREAT time. Sad that I missed it. Perhaps we’ll be able to get something together in the spring…. Have a heck of a good day! Go play!
