How does one eat an artichoke? I really must learn as I planted bunches in my garden this year. I have all sorts of stuff growing this year that I’ve never done before. I do hope we get something good. So far the lettuce has been AMAZING! Just bought plain ol’ red leaf lettuce…and it’s rockin’ this year. Not so good last. Hmmmm….
Anyway, decided grilled veggies were in order the other night. Totally delicious, but my experiment with the artichokes failed miserably. Apparently “grilled” is not the way to do them. So PLEASE do share artichoke ideas. Fresh please. C’mon Paulette! I’m sure you bake something delicious with them.
Crazy busy — been actually doing some art. If I could just finish that last 1% I could post…. I will. Promise. This weekend was great. Got to see my friend Wendy on Saturday (which is why I’m within 1% of finishing things) AND I got to see her last Thursday, AND I get to see her tomorrow night. Holy cow have I been spoiled! Did some gardening, had the last soccer game (Oliver is so sad! Ball to the tummy shot…love the look on his face),
picked up father’s day things, and general puttering. Working a weird week this week at the cubby farm and hoping to finish up some projects tonight. Move ‘em out!
