Picture-palooza (2?)

Did I already have a picture-palooza?  How boring of me.  I cannot even come up with new blog titles.

My life lately has been PROCESSING PICTURES.  This is okay good. I need the practice.  For sure!  And it’s also good because my calendar is TOTALLY booked for the fall.  I have 1 more opening in November.  I am booking winter (lots of openings) and spring photos (filling up fast) if anyone is interested. Whoo!

Alright, all ads (and chat) aside — I must get back to editing client photos!  These are some photos I’ve taken the last couple days.

Playdate with a new friend.  Their frog pond.  Sadly, we did not see any frogs.  Will just have to get together with them again.  Thank you Michelle and Kai!

Gorgeous flowers all around the frog pond.  I love fall flowers.

Yesterday I lost my childcare so HAD to take a day off from work.  Total bummer, eh?  We decided to have an adventure with Nikki, Caleb, Dominick, and Nick.  And what an adventure!  Got to eat at the Toast in Portsmouth — remember how I love it so?  I especially love the BEER and LUNCH sign behind the four kids.  Rioutous.

windows.

on to the beach.

I am really not a cruel person.  The next picture just CRACKS ME UP.  Dominick walked out (over the seaweed), sat on the rock, then started crying because he decided he was afraid of it.

I love the way the little one is looking at his mum.  BIGGEST smile.

The four monkeys in the tree.

Hmmm, I have this funny feeling someone is sneaking up on me…  Caleb might have to tone down his hair a bit if he wants to do that.  And who on earth would want to tone down that hair?!  NOT ME!

I don’t think I like this next picture — I mean I ADORE this next picture.  I just cannot imagine the little redhead in black and white.  Maybe I’ll post in color tomorrow.  We’ll take a vote.

I love this next set of three pictures.  They must be viewed together so you can see the fallout.  Whoops.  Crash.  It might actually be better as a group of five.  There’s a big jump between one and two.

I have a bird phobia.  When I was little and we had to sculpt something in art class, for some reason I always made a bird for my mum.  She has about 5 clay birds at the house made in various different grades.  Weird looking birds because it’s like kindergarten through 4th grade.  Anyway, I had to think of that and laugh when I saw this picture when going through yesterday’s stash.  I’ll have to be sure to frame it and give it to my mum.  It’ll be worth the laugh.

Sweet dreams.  I’m off to make lunchbox notes and finish editing photos…hopefully before it’s time for Oliver and I to go to school.
