Oliver and I went over to our friends’ house last night to have a little birthday party and a sleepover. The kids had a good time playing together, and then were EXHAUSTED! Rob handled all the putting to bed (which, with three kids in one bed turned into a multi-hour affair. THANK YOU ROB!) while Wendy and I attempted some scrapbooking. Wendy scrapped, I’m not sure what I did. We were down there an awfully long time for me to have accomplished NOTHING. sheesh. Anyway, when Wendy and I went up, the kids were so cute all passed out in bed.
and I loved how Chelsea turned and snuggled into Oliver. Missed the one where she had her arm over him.
Oliver did very well in choosing Chelsea’s birthday present. He bought her a Star Wars action figure, of course! But he also selected a makeup set for her. I was shocked he choose it, but he did well. Oliver and Chelsea decided they were going to beautify me today. I owe my friend Kristen a million thanks for having blown my hair out straight the day before because I can’t quite imagine what my day at the spa would have been like with my usual curly hair. Everything worked out perfectly. Oliver and Chelsea made me look so lovely I had a hard time choosing from these photos, so I’ll just post them all.

I must really love Chels to let this much pink and purple near me! YIKES!
