Wow, it’s been awhile. Super shoot at Odiorne Point for some senior pictures.
Think I like the coloring on the above photo, but then I couldn’t decide between the washed out glow and the natural colors. Thoughts?

I met these awesome friends last year in the fall. I was so happy to be able to play with them again this fall. Not much writing on this post, just lots of smiles and good times!

Did a photoshoot for a friend’s mother who just turned 50. She loves to waterski, so we decided to do a session at the lake. Yeah, that’s right. 50. Wish I looked that good NOW. Not your average 50 year old.
Super nice family — I REALLY enjoyed the day. [...]

Wow, my poor blog has been rotting away here. I cannot think of a better way to start it back up again than with this picture…..probably my favorite ever.
The whole family totally rocked, though the main purpose of the photo shoot was to get senior pictures for this beautiful girl.
She choose to have pictures [...]

Had an awesome time with this family at the playground this weekend. Just posting a FEW pictures since we’ve been busy battling the wheezies at my house. Sweet dreams!
First born child. Sweet, thoughtful, and goes with the flow.
Second child….disruptive to first child’s mellow. But he loves her all the [...]

I have done martial arts for years and I even told my husband when we met at karate that it was something that would always be a part of my life. Enter life, right? We both stopped going when I was pregnant with Oliver and here he is, 7 years old. So [...]

I am so far behind on everything in my life. And today is no different. But on a day like today (I hope EVERYONE EVERYWHERE has weather like we have here today…..it’s good for the soul!) I just had to post something spring-y. And what’s more spring-y than new babies?
And what’s better [...]

So a couple weeks ago I said I had some good news. Well, *I* thought it was good news at least. Took me awhile to post because I was waiting on some supplies to finish my class. FINALLY got my act together. So the news? I am coming out of [...]

I think the best day we had in California on our previous visit was to Cabrillo National Monument. Last visit we completely missed low tide. This visit, we planned around the nicest day and to hit it up at low tide. We were not disappointed. Heavy on the pictures in this [...]

This guy totally rocked….er, rolled.
Oliver is not big on change. In fact, there are still rides we have never tried at Legoland. Two because there’s the possibility of having water squirted on you. He finally gave in and tried them this year. He loved them! He didn’t get wet at [...]

I was a scuba diver years ago. It is a hobby I miss, so I very much enjoyed hanging out at SeaLife and learning new things.
Of course the best things at SeaLife were two visitors….I’m not biased or anything.
I learned that an octopus has 8 arms, three hearts, and blue blood. I also learned [...]

A blue moon for the new year?! It feels to me like something magical and sparkly — like good things are going to happen!
So I’m not quite sure how it got to be so long between blog postings. Especially since I had a bunch of photos in my blog folder to post. [...]

Day three in no particular order. What a great exercise. Please join in!
1. buttlets (Oliver’s word for describing the lower cheeks when he didn’t know what they were called.)
2. reds — all flavors are good. Such a bright inviting color. Says happy and warm and well cared for. [...]

…inside and out. This family was loads of fun and I hope to see them again!
I could not get over how sweet the kids were to each other. They seemed too little to take the time to take care of each other.
